Thank you very much to all of you who have participated in our study to date. We have really enjoyed hearing about the ways you track yourselves, and we have been able to make some new and useful contributions to discussions around the potential benefits and pitfalls of self-monitoring. We also enjoyed speaking to health care professionals about their experiences of self-monitoring in their work and the circumstances in which they might encourage or support this, as well as the broader value of self-monitoring data in the clinic and implications for care.
We have now finished all phases of data collection. If you are interested to know more about the project, please do get in touch. You can also follow updates on our project via the project news and our outputs page.
